I try to hold back, I do. But it’s really hard. I’m obsessed with pumpkin-flavored and scented things…and since this past Monday was officially the start of Autumn here in the Northern Hemisphere, I feel obligated (and now officially permitted) to share one of my favorite things with you today:
It’s good for a snack, breakfast, lunch or even dinner if you’re so inclined. Some people may fancy their granola dry, but I like mine with a little milk. It’s crunchy, has a decent amount of protein and fiber for a bowl of granola, and it’s organic. Score! You can find it at Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, most regular chain grocery stores, and believe it or not, this particular box came from Costco. The trick is making it last…yeah, I’m not so good at that part.
I love Autumn as well and all the Autumn colors. Do you have a favorite autumn color?

I wouldn’t say I have a favorite, more the combination of the rust, bright yellow, crimson, and maroon make make me want to do a happy dance 🙂 Thanks for your comment!

I love the Autumn colors, sadly allergic to pumpkin.

Oh man, really? Is it all squash or just that one?

To be honest, I don’t know. My lips feeling tingly and then going numb freaked me out enough for me to avoid it all! 🙂
I do miss pumpkin…especially because it seems to be everywhere now and bigger than ever- but I’ll live. 🙂

Oh man – that’s EXACTLY what happens to me when I drink wine! I still drink on occasion but my tolerance is that of a 95 pound woman. And I’m sooo not 95 pounds.

It came out of nowhere. One year carving pumpkins, my hands got red and itchy and kept getting worse and then I noticed the tingling….
I have low tolerance to alcohol myself. It’s probably kept me out of trouble since I really don’t like the headaches that quickly accompany it.
